The staff was so polite and everyday was literally paradise. Very relaxing stay. No problems occurred during my stay. Vijal helped us with the best vacation we ever had. We had multiple issues secondary to Covid and a passenger change, but she remained steadfast and somehow managed to keep calm and make sure this did not result in our trip being cancelled. She checked in many times and always followed through. We are grateful for her diligence because had we been the ones planning this trip, it never would have happened.

At the last minute, two weeks notice, I decided to take my son to NYC to celebrate his high school graduation. I contacted Teri at Awaken Travels and within hours she put together the flight (non-stop), hotel and transportation to/from airport/hotel. I had spent hours on my own trying to find deals. The package Teri presented me was better than what I could find. Thank you Teri and Awaken Travels for being amazing so that I could share this opportunity with my son.
